Washer spin cycle won’t start. Make sure the washer machine is plugged in. Check the timer set cycle. Take look to the lid switch assembly, this may also be the reason.

Washer door lid won’t lock. It usually happen If the door latch is damaged of broken. Less often but there is also a problem with control electronic board.

Water doesn’t agitateThe motor might have failed or agitator problem. A drive belt may be connecting the transmission to the drive motor. Also control board is important part, the washer may not work properly or may not work at all if problem with the board.

Washer stops mid cycle. The main control board or timer might be broken. If the water inlet valve fails, also may be the reason, why washer does not work.

Washer leaking water. Damaged water line or hose clamp on the drain pump. The door boot seal might be torn. Make sure the water line connected securely with washer machine.

Washer not drain. Check the pump and surrounding hose for a clog. If drain pump house is clean then check drain hose. If the water pump belt is broken or worn out, the washer also will not drain.

Washer doesn’t start. Be sure the washer is plugged into the electrical outlet in the wall. Timer or control and display board is defective,

Washer makes a noise. The main tub bearing is worn out. The drive pulley might be broken. The drive belt can dry out and start to crack or burn.   

Washer won’t finish cycleThe door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically. If the lid switch assembly fails, the washer may stop mid-cycle. Contacts in the timer are used to control the timer motor or board.
